I contacted several people during the government shutdown, and Steve Daines was the only one willing to hear my voice. This is a follow up request concerning a budget, and a request for information on one of the candidates that may fill his seat when he moves to the Senate taking Max Baucus’s seat.
First of all, I would like to thank you for your efforts during the government shutdown. You stood by the voice of Montanan’s and I hope that rewards you in your run for Senator Baucus’s seat.
That being said, America is in desperate need of a budget. I would love it if we could get one passed before Jan 15, hopefully that lasts the rest of President Obama’s term. It would also be great, if this budget was balanced and did not add to the deficit we already have. If we some how manage to achieve this goal, feel free to continue the battle against the ACA, Montanan’s like myself and my wife do not want it, it is hurting jobs, it is personally costing us more money, and my wife will be loosing her current policy in 2015.
On an unrelated note, if it is possible could you provide me with information concerning Ryan Zinke. He is a potential candidate for filling your current seat in the House. I do like his credentials, but at this point I have not discovered much about were he stands concerning issues like gun rights, government spending, or personal freedoms.
I am a blogger and will be posting this message and any reply I receive to my readers, so please give this some thought and don’t give me an automated reply.
You may note I am a bit kinder in this letter than to my senators, and that is mostly because my senators have yet to reply to me. They work for me, they work for you, we are their employers believe it or not, and in any other job you would be fired for ignoring your boss.
